Blue Plague Rage Blue Plague Book 4 eBook Thomas A Watson Monique Happy
Once again, Mr. Watson has grabbed our hearts and dragged them on an amazing journey! This fourth book of the 'Blue Plague' series begins with loss and sorrow.....and rage. Bruce continues with Debbie's wishes to bring pain and fear to all hostiles in the area, whether blue or gangs. His team, designated the Omega Team will deliver death and hand out violent pain to the evil remaining in the state and the country.
A story of vengeance and retribution, this tale reads stark and plainly raw with the languages, the images, and the deaths. The Omega Team is definitely "in the pain business,.......and business is good!"
But it's all part of a plan, put into effect before any loss was suffered.....and there are witnesses to the teams actions in decimating the hordes of blues and gangs. And not everyone is happy with the success....
An outstanding fourth book in the 'Blue Plague' series and I'm SO looking forward to more! Well done!

Blue Plague Rage Blue Plague Book 4 eBook Thomas A Watson Monique Happy Reviews
This series is one where you really need to read it from book one forward. The characters continue to grow. I really like the way the plague victims are shown as something different from the usual zombie. The growth of the plague victims is an interesting and keeps the book alive.
The dynamics of the clan is still problematic with very little growth or development of the characters. There is too much time spent showing the clan playing, being horrified or upset. The Omega team comes out strong but there is too much of the violent killing going on and on and on.
The biggest problems with this book is the poor grammar and misuse of words. This book was supposedly edited by several people. That being the case the editors need to be fired. The mistakes made in this book are common in second-fourth grade grammar where the students are just learning the difference between to, too, two and they're, there, their.
If you can overlook the numerous errors then this book is a decent read.
This series is one of my absolute favorites! From the very first book I have fallen in love with the family that it is written about. I haven't looked at any of the other reviews because by this book I just knew it would be a five star rating. I'm sure there will be a fair share of complaints about editing, there always is. I review on the story alone, I'm not an English teacher. (That is probably obvious from my reviews.) I just feel like it is the reviewer's job to help other readers decide if this is a book they will enjoy. if you have read any of the other books in this series then you don't need my help, the books speak for themselves.
I have written about books that give me an "escape", this is one of them. There are about 5, maybe 6 authors that have the consistent ability to do just that. They take me out of my world and into theirs, it is a very special gift and I am grateful for it. I seem to be locked into the ZA genre for now so that is where my escape is. Mr. Watson has given me so many tears & laughter in his series Blue Plague, I am looking forward to his next book, my next "escape". Thank You very much Mr. Watson, you have a gift that takes people away from whatever is troubling them. That is a very special thing, I hope you will always be a storyteller.
Read this series or if you have read up to this book don't even hesitate, go ahead and get it. If anything the series just keeps getting better. If my review helped you to decide please click the box. Thank You. GREAT BOOK!!!
Have to admit that I have probably failed to have left a review on some of the other books in the series. I was too busy buying the next book online and skipped it. The whole series has been excellent. With his wife's death Bruce is pulled between good and evil. His pain has driven him to the edge of evil as his family tries to pull hi, back. He unleashes a new level of pain on both the Blues and the gangs that creates fear throughout the country. Behind the scenes the US government has been watching his exploits and is divided in their ranks between wanting to join his clan and kill them off (or attempting to I should say). Great read and buying the next book now.
Blue Plague Rage is the latest installment in the Blue Plague Series. If you haven't read the other books in the series, I recommend you read them before starting this book. Otherwise, Rage will be lost on you.
This story starts right where Sacrifice ended. Bruce unleashes his Rage at the loss of the love his life against anyone standing in his way; Blues, Gangs, it does not matter. The utter destruction Bruce brings is 'awesome' in the truest sense of the word. While those he loves joins him in the wave of hate, it his soul that may not survive.
The Blue Plague series is very gritty and sometimes ugly. But it is also raw, honest and heartfelt. Rage is that magnified. It was worth the wait in publication. And I will be waiting for the next book just as anxiously.
I have competed the Blue Plague series (as of the date of this writing there are 6 books) and it is decent for what it is- a unrealistic zombie novel saga. Don't expect more or less The action is good, the story is mostly pleasant, and overall it is enjoyable.
The series was like many in that it follows a cast of main characters who aren't only preppers, but are wealthy, healthy, and have such a high level of income that they can put massive preparations in place for almost any event. I have met a few serious preppers in my day, and I have never met any with this level of income to devote towards prepping. This seems unrealistic, but it makes for a decent story.
My main gripe is that during the "zombie apocalypse" that a stable, normal marriage, somehow became a open marriage with several extra women being invited into the couples bed on a permanent basis. I have seen this same thing play out in several other books of this genre and while I get that these are fantasy books and that may be a fantasy for some folks, I think it takes away from the story of survival that is at the core of the genre.
With all of that being said, the books are fairly well written and the story is easy to follow. Each book took me a couple days of lazy, leisurely reading to complete.
